Over the past thirteen years Kate has developed a wealth of personal and organisational development experience, working with individuals and teams across all sectors to develop leadership, affect change and positively enhance organisational cultures.  

A leading OD practitioner and coach, Kate is committed to supporting the development of other professionals in the field. Kate founded the OD Exchange (ODX) back in 2015. ODX is an exciting community and development network for OD practitioners based in the North East of England. Following ODX’s phenomenal success, the network is now managed in partnership with NRG, the North East’s leading talent integration specialists.

Kate has also recently founded The Coaching Exchange, a CPD network for practising coaches in the region, in collaboration with the Association for Coaching.

Analysis & Recommendation


Your training and development needs will be identified and appraised, we will carry out a detailed analysis and make specific and strategic recommendations to address those needs. You will receive a fully-costed proposal containing details of the proposed response to your requirements.

Programme Design


Where appropriate, you will be encouraged to be involved in the design process. Our approach is always to listen first, explore the world of our client and then design the bespoke response to deliver the desired outcomes and impact.

Programme Delivery


Whether the output is a coaching programme, training course, diagnostics and profiling or a team retreat, we will always deliver the programme to the highest possible standard.

Evaluation and Impact Reporting


Using evaluation and impact indicators identified early on in the process, we will measure, appraise, and report on the success of the programme and make recommendations to help our clients receive sustained impact over time.
